A memory
To:
Denis and his family.
I was very saddened when I came across this memorial to Denis because I knew him way back when we were kids in Barnaby Avenue. I went to school with his brothers John and Harry but I knew Denis just as well despite the fact that he was two years older than me. Denis was a nice kid but a quite kid who always said hello to me as he went about his business. I'm sure that he is missed by all his family and friends which is why I wanted to just say how sorry I am and how sad it is to lose someone you love so much. I left Barnaby when I was 19 so I haven't seen Denis since 1970 but despite that we shared our childhood years and became a part of eahc others lives, we should never forget the impact people like Denis have in ones lives, I won't forget. Denis was someone I looked up to as a kid simply because he was nice to me. My deepest sympathies to you all. Terry Carroll
